Global Emergency and Travel Assistance Services

Many of our student plans include a global emergency and travel assistance program. Please check your school brochure to determine if this program is available through your school insurance program. Eligible participants have immediate access to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and certain other services when faced with a medical-related emergency while traveling internationally or domestically more than 100 miles away from home and school. Foreign National students studying in the United States are eligible for services during the duration of their studies.

When calling the Alarm Center, a case manager will ask
for the following information:
- Your name, telephone number and relationship to the   patient
- Patient's name, age, gender, reference number and   school
- Name, location and telephone number of hospital or   treating doctor if possible
